SR45X Cage Kit for SRAM AXS road derailleurs

This SR45X cage for SRAM’s AXS road derailleurs features 7075 aluminium plates and Delrin jockey wheels, all machined in house by us in the Lake District, UK. #madeinthelakes

In combination with our SR45X link, the kit extends the range of 33t and 36t SRAM AXS derailleurs for use in 1x drivetrains with larger 10-44t SRAM XPLR cassettes. This makes the transition from 2×12 to 1×12 with a larger cassette simpler and less expensive.

Additionally, the cage alone can be used as a drop-in replacement for damaged SRAM XPLR derailleurs.

The new cage uses a 12t upper and a larger 14t lower jockey wheel, the same sizes as found on our cages for SRAM Eagle derailleurs.

As with our other cages, two additional screws cross-brace the structure to make it stiffer than the cage it replaces. Also included in the kit is a custom stainless steel tool, required for the installation process.
