Want to service your Mech? Damaged your cage in a crash? You can buy sections of the Mech here to rejuvenate and repair your existing derailleur. Every part of the Mech can be serviced using a multitool and we have designed the wear parts to be serviceable and replaceable.
Cages
From our experience cages are the most vulnerable part of a derailleur. Depending on the cassette you are using you’ll want the Short or Long cage.
- 46T maximum cassette – Short Cage
- 52T maximum cassette – Long Cage
The cage can be removed with one T25 screw.
Cages come with new jockey wheels, running on stainless bearings. They are a drop in replacement for your previous cage.
B Knuckle
The B Knuckle is well protected but we all know anything can happen when you are out on a ride. We wanted to make sure that no matter what you can keep your Mech going. The B Knuckle includes:
- Nylon B Knuckle pre-fitted with limit screws, pivot pins and barrel adjuster
- Ratio Mech nameplate
- Mounting screws
- Linkage spring
P Knuckle
The P Knuckle houses a wrap spring clutch and is the point that the cage is mounted to the derailleur. If you’ve serviced your clutch a few times and it’s now ready for a refresh then this is the part to change. The P Knuckle includes:
- Nylon P Knuckle housing with pivot pins
- Pre-installed wrap spring clutch
- Cage screw for re-mounting a Short or Long cage
Direct Mount arms
The Direct Mount arms allow the Ratio Mech to be mounted to a SRAM* UDH compatible frame. The Mech can be used in this configuration with any compatible cassette. There is a measurable stiffness increase over using a derailleur hanger. The Direct Mount arms includes:
- Pre-assembled direct mount arms with all necessary hardware for installation
Hanger arms
If you don’t have a UDH compatible frame yet then you should install hanger arms to your Mech.
- Pre-assembled hanger arm with all necessary hardware for installation
Links
The Mech’s links come as a set of four. The inner link pair sit in-board closest to the cassette. The outer links sit out-board. The links have stainless bearings pre-installed and replacing them will give your derailleur a new lease of life if you’ve be riding many miles in foul conditions.
Links include:
- Pair of inner and pair of outer links with pre-installed stainless bearings
- Link spacers
- Link screws
Cable Fins
If you already have a Mech and would like to change your shifter and/or cassette then you can buy alternative fins. Please check our compatibility page for options.
