Refunds and Returns

  1. You may cancel your order any time up to shipment.
  2. Returns within 30 days will receive a full refund. The product must be in the same condition as you received it.
  3. To return your order please download our pdf returns form and follow the instructions on the form.

Shipping

We ship worldwide.

The product price will vary depending on where you live due to variation in tax and shipping cost.

You may have to pay additional taxes, duties and customs charges when your product arrives in the country of destination if you live outside the UK. For EU shipping please see notes below.

US Orders

From 29/08/2025 the De Minimus Rule for imports to the US has now been suspended by the US government.

US customers will now need to pay duties, taxes and fees to bring goods into the country.

Initially this will mean parcels will be held up in customs and payment will be required to release the parcel – we will work on streamlining this as we learn more from our shipping carriers.

Duties will be 10%, plus fees (currently unknown) and then necessary taxes.

We will work on a solution to calculate the exact costs when our shipping carriers have provided more information – sorry we cannot provide exact costs for the fees at this time.

EU Shipping

EU customers can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with all taxes and duties paid
at checkout.

  1. VAT and duty Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and
    taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout. No
    additional charges on delivery.
  2. Quick Customs Clearance: Orders under 150€ benefit from expedited customs
    processing, resulting in faster delivery times.
  3. Separate Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not
    included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.
  4. Customs Support: If local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact
